Online Training Manual

The Online Training Manual was developed around facilitating online workshops on Leadership and Participation. The manual documents the experiences, the achievements and the challenges that our partners faced within the framework of working with women leaders and activists in challenging conditions.
This collaboration with Women Now for Development and elbarlament came in light of the covid-19 pandemic that struck the world in 2020 and the consequent challenges it brought to us in conducting workshops physically, coupled with our belief in continuous learning and searching for alternate solutions to expand spaces of participation.
The manual stems from the implementation of "Women Take the Lead" program implemented by both organizations. It goes beyond that to explore our own experiences and that of others in the field of online training and interactive facilitation, in addition to relying on credible sources and references in our learning.
We hope this resource can provide an added value to those who wish to dive into online learning and training, draw upon it and develop what meets the needs and backgrounds of people and their context, in hopes of designing and delivering quality online interactive workshops.
